Depart from Cusco at 8:00 a.m. for a scenic journey through the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
We begin at the Taray viewpoint, then explore:
In the afternoon, we board the train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Town), where you’ll spend the night in a cozy hotel.
After breakfast, we take the bus to the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
During a 2-hour guided tour, you’ll explore:
Optional hikes (not included) to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain offer spectacular aerial views.
After exploring, return to Aguas Calientes, grab lunch, and board the train back to Ollantaytambo. A vehicle will take you back to Cusco, with arrival around 9:00 p.m.
We depart early at 4:30 a.m. toward the southern highlands of Cusco. After breakfast in Cusipata, we continue to Chillihuani, the trailhead to Vinicunca.
The hike lasts approximately 1.5 hours, through high-altitude trails with views of herds of alpacas, mountain peaks, and red earth landscapes.
At the summit of Rainbow Mountain (5,036 m / 16,522 ft), you’ll witness an extraordinary palette of natural colors formed by sedimentary minerals over centuries.
After photos and rest, descend for lunch and return to Cusco around 5:30 p.m.
On our final day, we leave Cusco at 4:30 a.m., heading to Mollepata, where we’ll have breakfast. We then continue to Soraypampa, located at 3,900 m.a.s.l., and begin the 1.5-hour hike to Humantay Lake.
Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and fed by the Humantay Glacier, this turquoise lake sits at 4,200 m.a.s.l. and is one of the most breathtaking sights in the Andes.
Here, you’ll have time for rest, meditation, photographs, or a symbolic offering to the Pachamama (Mother Earth).
Afterward, we return for lunch in Mollepata and head back to Cusco, arriving around 6:00 p.m.
